I love what I do, and I enjoy everything that comes with real estate. I've been a licensed agent for 12 years, all of them with Century 21 Allstars in Pico Rivera.
I got into this business because homes have always fascinated me, and because helping someone buy their first home is about as close as you get to making the American dream real. That finish line is still my favorite part: handing over the keys to a first-time buyer, or helping an investor add the next property to a portfolio built for retirement.
My edge is strategy. Before I show a single house, I want to understand the market and the person I'm working with, what they need and how soon they need it. The first question I ask every first-time buyer is simple: how soon would you like to be living in your new home?
